Initiating a Return:

b. Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

c. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization code (RAC) if applicable.

Return Process:
a. Once you have received the RAC, securely pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging, if available.

b. Include the RAC and a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.

c. Shipping address for your return will be communicated with the RAC by our support teams.

d. Please ensure that the package is properly sealed and adequately protected to prevent damage during transit.

e. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return.

f. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

Refunds and Store Credit:
a. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the status of your return.

b. If the returned item(s) meet the eligibility criteria, you will have the option to choose between a refund or store credit.

c. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and the amount refunded will exclude any shipping charges.

d. If you opt for store credit, it will be issued in the form of a digital voucher, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

e. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

a. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Damaged Items:
