At Botsi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure a smooth and convenient experience. Please read our return policy carefully before initiating a return.

For clarity in this Return & Refund Policy:

Company: refers to Botsi.

Customer: refers to the individual or entity that purchases products from Botsi.

Device: any internet-connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer used to access Botsi services.

Service/Products: refers to the offerings of Botsi as described on our platform.

Website: Botsi’s site, accessible via https://botsiofficial.com/.

You: a person registered with Botsi to use the Services or purchase products.

Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

The item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

The item(s) must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped. This includes the original packaging and the box it was delivered.

All orders placed during online sales and promotional periods are final, No returns are allowed. If item(s) are returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you.

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@botsidesigns.com within the eligible return period.

Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization code (RAC) if applicable, along with the shipping address.

BOTSI boxes should not be used as the actual shipping box.

Include the RAC and a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase inside the return package.

Exchange:

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to follow the return process outlined below and place a new order for the desired item.

Returns:

For returns within UAE. Once we receive the items, a thorough quality check will be carried out to ensure the items have not been worn and still have their tag. If it passes our quality check, we will initiate the refund as per the defined refund process.

For international returns the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us will be the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the items, a thorough quality check will be carried out to ensure the items have not been worn and still have their tag. Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Provide detailed information and photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

We will assess the situation and provide you with further instructions for returning the item or resolving the issue. If item(s) are returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you.

Refunds & Store Credit:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the status of your return.

If the returned item(s) meet the eligibility criteria, you will have the option to choose between a refund or store credit.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase except for Cash on delivery, and the amount refunded will exclude any shipping charges. If the original payment method used was Cash on Delivery, refund will be provided in the form of Store Credit.

If you opt for store credit, it will be issued in the form of a digital voucher, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Return Shipping:

BOTSI is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every return shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item initially had free shipping, the customer is still liable to pay the return shipping cost.
