Home Try-on Policy
1. Ordering Process:• Customer can select a dress of their choice from the home Try-on section by paying a minimal fee.
• Upon receiving the order, our team will contact the customer to schedule a Try-on appointment.
2. Try-on Appointment:
• Try-ons are available between 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday & 9 am to 1 pm Saturday based on mutual availability of our driver and the customer.
• The Try-on delivery Time (TAT) is not bound to specific hours since it is based on availability of both customer & our staff. However, our goal is reach out to you in Max 4 hours of receiving you order.
• Any orders received post 4pm Local time would be considered for Try-on for next working day of the week.
• Any orders received prior to 2 PM local time would be considered for Try-on on the same day based on availability of the customer & our staff.
3. Pre-Try-on Inspection:
• Prior to the Try-on, Customer are requested to inspect the dress for any defects.
• We recommend Customer make a short video at the time of unpacking to document the condition and to raise any concerns upon receipt.
4. Try-on Process:
• Our driver will arrive at the customer's doorstep with the selected dress(es) at the agreed-upon time.
• The customer will have 30 minutes to try on the dress(es) and decide.
• During the Try-on, Customer are responsible for checking the dress for any tailoring defects or issues.
5. Purchase Decision:
• If the customer likes the dress and wishes to keep it, they can place an actual order online using the link provided by the driver.
• Full payment for the dress must be made at this time.
• For the final purchase once ordered on the link provided, customer can select either of the payment options i.e. Pay online, Cash on Delivery, Card on Delivery.
6. Exchange for Fit:
• If the customer likes the dress but needs a different size, they can purchase the correct size using the provided online link.
• The replacement dress will be delivered separately through our normal shipping process. However this would not contain additional charge for Try-on.
7. Return Process:
• If the customer does not like the dress received for Try-on, they can return it in the same condition it was received.
• The dress must retain all original labels and tags & packaging.
• Once the dress is purchased after Try-on, any return would need to follow our standard return policy.
8. Damages:
• Any damage to the dress post-Try-on becomes the customer's responsibility.
• In such cases, the customer must pay the full price of the dress to the driver.
9. Additional Notes:
• Customer are encouraged to ensure the dress fits properly and meets their expectations during the Try-on period.
• It is the customer's responsibility to communicate any issues with the dress promptly during the Tryon to the customer service team, not the driver.
10. Cancellation Policy:
• Orders for home Try-ons can be cancelled up to 3hours before the scheduled Try-on appointment for a full refund of the Try-on fee.
• Cancellations made after this time may incur a 100% cancellation fee.
11. Country/Region Supported:
• Try-on offerings is exclusive to Dubai only at the moment.

• We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our dresses; however, colors and patterns may vary slightly due to photographic lighting or monitor settings.
